How To Order
Select Item & Place Order
Select the products you wish to order. Add the selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Provide accurate information, including your email address, during the order placement process.
Review
Proof
You will receive another email containing a computerized sketch of your custom product. Review the sketch carefully and consider any changes you want to make to your order, such as correcting spelling errors, club names, or other details.
Send Proof Approval Email
Once you are satisfied with the computerized sketch and wish to proceed, send an email to 3GBuckles@gmail.com confirming your approval of the design.
IMPORTANT! After you approve the design, no further changes can be made to your order.
Production
Begins
3GBuckles will start production on your custom product the next day after payment is received and design proof is approved.
Shipping/Order
Pickup
Whether you're looking for shipping or pickup we do it all. Shipping rates and times are dependent on the address of delivery and are estimated in the delivery section of the proof. We make every effort to ship products within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. **Insurance on shipping covers $100 in product. Additional insurance coverage must be requested and covered by the recipient.**

What happens once I send an email confirming approval?
Once you confirm your approval and payment has been received, the items will start production the next day. Once production begins no changes can be made. We design your custom silver, create artwork, and ensure accuracy before production. Please note that we do not offer a full refund once an order is placed.

Can I make changes to my order after receiving a computerized sketch?
Yes, you can make changes to your order at this stage. Please verify the correct spelling of names, club names, etc. 3G Buckles reserves the right to determine what items may be repaired or replaced. However, once your order has been approved no more changes can be made.

What is the refund policy for canceled orders?
If an order is canceled before production begins, we will refund 65% of the purchase price plus shipping. Once production starts, we do not offer refunds for any reason, and all sales become final.

If you have questions about your finished product, please ask before ordering or approving artwork. We aim to bring your ideas to life.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Afterpay, and Sezzle coming soon. All payments are processed securely on behalf of 3gbuckles Limited for product sales.
